Return Policy

  • STORE CREDIT ONLY  for eligible returns.  No refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. 
  • Credit amount only includes item purchased.  Shipping fees are non refundable.  Customers are responsible for shipping cost of return item. Credit will reflect item credit minus shipping cost.  
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the fulfillment date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, with original tags. There must not be any makeup stains, deodorant stains, or animal hair.
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs and marks.  If shoes are not in original condition, no credit will be issued.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed.  Once it’s processed, the store credit will be issued to you for use. Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing.  Store credit does not expire.  If the item returned is not in the condition specified by the customer, additional charges may apply. 
  • Return option cannot be selected if it is past the return policy time frame (14 days) or if the item is a final sale item.  Accessories, including jewelry, hats, scarfs, belts and handbags are final sale and no exchanges.   Intimates, including bras, under garments, and bodysuits are final sale and no exchanges.  All home goods are final sale and no exchanges. Clearance items are final sale and no exchanges.  
  • Return label is only applicable to online purchases. Please return product in original package.
  • We do not cover shipping for international purchases and PO Box addresses.
